The long fermentation of the cocoa bean brings out exquisite and layered chocolate flavors without the sharp bitterness or strong acidity associated with dark chocolate. Solid chocolate that is thinner at the neck of the bottle for a nibble of chocolate and thick in the center of the bottle, making for the perfect smooth lolly to slowly melt on your tongue.  One is so richly satisfying it will keep you smiling.
