In addition to her much-praised menus, her one-of-a-kind chocolate creations have graced the tables of diplomatic events, Parisian fashion shows, award banquets and very special dinners. Chef studied at Ecole de Cuisine La Varene in Paris, and her inspiration for Flourish Chocolates comes from her passion for chocolate and all things French.
Our exquisite chocolates are her first “commercial” project — still handcrafted in small quantities at her Calistoga kitchen, these shimmering chocolates are filled with delicious ingredients to help you flourish.
