Shipping Information

We do our best to make sure your chocolate order arrives at your door quickly and safely.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19 there could be a one day delay due to some flights are cancelled at this time.

Please note:

• We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your order arrives in peak freshness — avoiding any weekend delays.
• Chocolates are perishable - so we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please check to make sure a street address can receive our shipment.  
• We include a $10 charge in our shipping rates for insulated packaging and ice.
• Please provide the recipient's phone number to ensure they will be present to receive their perishable gift.
• Orders placed after 3pm PST will ship the following day.

Shipping Descriptions

We only offer 2-day and overnight delivery to guarantee your chocolate will not melt during transit. Alternatively we invite you to pickup your order at our Calistoga Chocolate Kitchen (directions on how to checkout with Local Pickup are below).

• 2-Day Delivery: The package will be delivered on the second business day after the day of shipment.
• Standard Overnight: The package will be delivered the next business day after the day of shipment.
• In-Store Pickup (free): After placing your order, please email us at Chef@FlourishChocolate.com to schedule a pickup time at our Kitchen. Our address is: 211 Wappo Avenue, Calistoga, CA 94515

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

To ship to multiple addresses, you must have an account.

1. If you already have an account, please login. To create a new account, please click “Create an account” near the top of the site. You will be prompted to enter your email address, choose a password, and add a shipping address (you can add additional addresses after creating your account).
2. While logged in, under “Manage My Account” click “Your Address Book.” Click the “Add Address” button to add additional addresses.
3. After adding items to your cart and you are ready to checkout, navigate to the cart and click “Check out with multiple addresses” to proceed.
4. You will then be prompted to select a billing address.
5. You will now see a list of your cart items, with a shipping address next to each item. Click on the shipping address to view a dropdown list with your addresses. Select the shipping address for each item. When you are finished, click the “Ship to these addresses” button.
6. Choose the shipping method you would like for each address, then click the “Continue” button.
7. You can now review your order and proceed to payment.

Shipping Rates

We are working to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring our chocolates arrive to you as a box of perfection. We calculate shipping based upon your total chocolate purchase.

For larger orders or expedited orders, please call for a quote.

* Note these shipping rates include a $10 charge for temperature controlled packaging and ice packs.
