Our Chocolatier teamed up with the Baldacci team to create this collection of chocoate for the Baldacci Chocolate and Wine pairing in thier tasting room. The tasting has been enthusiastically recieved and fans want to recreate the tasting at home with the wines and chocolates. So, by popular demand, this is for you!

Remember to taste the wine first, enjoy the flavors. Then taste the chocolate and let it melt all over your palate to experience the many layers that open up. Then go back to the gorgeous wine.
